The 'My Second Language Series' is a growing collection of books written and published by a homeschooling North Carolina mom with help from her family and a team of translators. Mom has a full college education and has spent over half of her life teaching foreign languages to children, helping them discover the joys of communicating in a second language. This series is designed to help children and even adults acquire vocabulary and simple sentence structure in a second language by reading fun stories alone or in a 'cuddle up with me' armchair. "Uno y dos are one and two. Rojo is red. Azul is blue." How fun is that! We're working on books in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic and Chinese!
