What's Coming Next?

This delightful series of dual-language books has high expectations! Our highest expectation is to succeed in helping families of all language backgrounds enjoy the learning experience. Be you part of a family that only speaks one language, a bilingual family, a multi-lingual family... I hope that you will find that the books from the My Second Language Series will not only become a staple in your home but also part of many memories with you and your children of story- time night after night! I love cuddling up with my children with a good book and when the good book becomes a strong learning tool, all the better!

Another goal for the series is finding a publisher that will help us get into more homes and schools. I'd love to approach Scholastic or Usborne, Discovery Toys, perhaps even McGraw Hill one day! Imagine our series in the book list of a well-known publishing company, especially one that is dedicated to educating children! Well, it is something that I a working diligently toward and one day this will be a reality! With a series designed specifically to make learning fun, languages that are part of the second-language need in today's society, learning levels, home-schooler participation, a publishing company is the obvious next step! For now, we are self-publishing through Lulu self-publishing. In the future though, be sure to watch for us in a new playing field!

New language coming soon: Turkish! We have recently found Birgul, our Turkish translator. She is busy translating One is One, Up and Down are Up and Down. Eventually she will also work on Little Bird for us.
